- Integration with third-party platforms (Meta, Google, etc.)
3. Account Registration
To use our services, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the authority to bind your organization (if applicable)
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Scrape, mine, or harvest data without permission
- Spam or send unsolicited communications
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for:

- Using lead data in accordance with Meta's policies
- Maintaining the security of data you collect
6. Payment and Billing

- Fees are billed in advance on a subscription basis
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- You authorize us to charge your payment method
- We may change fees with 30 days notice
- Failure to pay may result in service suspension
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Studio Digital and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not:

- Reverse engineer or decompile our services
- Remove proprietary notices or labels
- Use our trademarks without permission

You retain ownership of data you upload to our services. By using our services, you grant us a license to:

- Create aggregated, anonymized analytics
You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you provide.

10. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:
- Perform scheduled maintenance
- Experience occasional downtime

- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the last 12 months

When using our services with Meta platforms, you also agree to:
- Meta's Platform Terms and Policies
- Not use Meta data for purposes beyond those disclosed
- Respect user privacy and data handling requirements
- Comply with Meta's advertising policies
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Perth, Western Australia.
16. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms. Material changes will be notified via email.
